Aftertrace hands you a fictional operating system and a scripting language, and asks you to earn everything else. Scan a node. Read its firewall. Pick the exploit that actually beats it. List the files before you assume a filename. Pull what you came for and disconnect cleanly — because every noisy action ticks a trace meter, and at 100 they find you.

Twenty-four missions across five acts, from a payroll-skimming favour to a conspiracy that has been recruiting operators like you for years. The people who hand you jobs have their own reasons. One of them is lying. The ending branches five ways, and the thing you are carrying by the end has opinions about which one you pick.
